All prices are in US dollars and the buyer is responsible for all taxes and charges imposed by government and banks.
Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date and we reserve the right to request advance payment at our sole discretion. A 2% monthly late charge will be assessed for unpaid balance after 30 days.
We will replace the item or refund the cost if there are issues with quality but we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
